1. How did you find out about CVSC?
Have been aware of CVSC for a long time, and I live next to Brad and Lizzie. Finally took the leap. It’s been great!
2. What is your favorite exercise or workout?
Usually the last one. Kidding. I would say Thrusters might be the best high intensity full body exercise. Legs, arms, back, and lungs.
3. How long have you been a member at CVSC?
Just over a year.
4. What do you do for a living?
Been in the recruiting industry for almost all of my career. Currently work remote with a firm in the Bay Area placing accounting/financial candidates there.
5. What are your hobbies?
Love the outdoors. Used to like to trail run, but knees are too old. Like hiking, mountain biking, sitting, walking, sleeping, eating in the mountains. Also enjoy swearing…… I mean golf. And, peaking in my neighbors windows late at night.
6. What are your goals?
To wake up tomorrow and make it to my class.
7. Why do you train?
Have always enjoyed sports. Used to do triathlons and tons of sports in high school. Train to stay fit. Also, the side benefit of working out; effect it has on mental health.
8. Any advice for future members?
I hope Nike doesn’t steal this: Just Do It! Brad started me slowly and I liked that, as I am older. Took me a couple of months to be able to do the full workouts. Depending on your age, I recommend that approach.
