Rachel and Derek White
1. How did you find out about CVSC?
Rachel was looking for a personal trainer and did a quick Google search—Brad came up with the best reviews, and every single one of them was spot on. From day one, Brad has been incredible. His knowledge, encouragement, and consistency have made a huge impact. After hearing Rachel rave about the space, Derek jumped in too and hasn’t looked back.
2. What’s your favorite exercise or workout?
Rachel loves circuits—especially when hang cleans are involved. Derek is all about the heavy hitters: squats and deadlifts.
3. How long have you been members at CVSC?
We've been part of the CVSC community for around five years now.
4. What do you do for a living?
Rachel is a mental health therapist, and Derek is an entrepreneur.
5. What are your hobbies?
We love being outdoors—biking, hiking, camping, and any kind of adventure we can do with our two kids and our pup. Derek is also a passionate snowboarder and is just starting to explore the backcountry side of it.
6. What are your goals?
Rachel’s goal is simple but powerful: to look good and feel good. She’s focused on long-term health and creating generational change. Derek’s working on finding balance between mental and physical health and staying connected to his body.
7. Why do you train?
Rachel trains to maintain a connection with her body and to commit to long-term change. Derek trains to feel strong, confident, and grounded.
8. Any advice for future members?
Just do it—get to the gym! Brad always reminds us: it’s not about the big things, it’s the little, consistent habits that bring real change.
