1. How did you find out about CVSC?
I found out about CVSC from Liz Colston who taught at my fire academy.
2. What is your favorite exercise or workout?
I love working deadlifts and improving my form.
3. How long have you been a member at CVSC?
I've been at the gym for 2 years!
4. What do you do for a living?
I am a Firefighter/AEMT for Roy City.
5. What are your hobbies?
I love to paint, snowboard/wake board, hiking, and drumming.
6. What are your goals?
I want to be able to do 3 dead hang pull ups by the end of the year. I also want to hit a 250# deadlift.
7. Why do you train?
I train for my mental health and for my job. I need to stay fit to perform my work duties as a firefighter.
8. Any advice for future members?
My advice for future members is to be confident at were you are. Improvement takes time and being consistent is the key. Never be afraid to make gym friends!
